Delivery of parts by partner carriers

1 - The delivery will be supervised, via telephone or whatsapp, by our logistics team. Deliveries made in Brasilia or agreed in advance in a contract can be accompanied in person by our assembly and logistics team;

2 - Check the invoice and open the packages. In the event of a breakdown, please contact our logistics team via Whatsapp — 61 9 95229393 — before releasing the transport team so that Stdio LC can take the measures that best suit the situation;

3 - We request greater attention with the date and shift (morning or afternoon) of agreed delivery so that someone responsible is present for the receipt;

4 - The partner carriers do not climb the parts by ladder or carry out lifting. Check that parts go up by elevator or schedule a private team to assist with logistics;

5 - The partner carriers may refuse to unpack the parts, assemble or collect the packages. It is up to the person responsible for receiving the product to carry out these activities or check with Stdio LC if the assembly service is part of the contract signed between the parties;

6 - Carefully check the dimensions of the pieces and whether it will enter your space;

7 - Confirm with the professional responsible for the project that all accesses and the dimensions of doors, windows, stairs, corridors and elevators allow the chosen pieces to arrive safely in the defined environments;

8 - If there is a need to lift the parts, the responsibility for hiring the lifting team must be carried out by the client/contractor and/or by the person responsible for the project;

9 - In case of lifting, Stdio LC is not responsible for any damage resulting from the lifting or during the logistical stage of arrival of the chosen parts in the defined environment.

Cleaning and maintenance

To carry out cleaning and maintenance of our parts, see our product maintenance manual. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us before using chemical products to clean or maintain the parts:

- The waterproofing of fabrics and carpets invalidates the factory warranty;

- Do not use furniture polish on wooden parts;

- Do not use abrasive products.

- Use neutral PH products suitable for furniture.

Assembly Service

1 - The assembly will be supervised, via phone or whatsapp, by our logistics team. Deliveries made in Brasília or  previously agreed in the contract, can be accompanied and carried out in person by our assembly and logistics team.

 

2 - After the arrival of the part by the partner carrier or by our logistics team, we will schedule  the assembly day.

 

3 - Attention: the space in which the piece will be positioned must be clean and free of objects, to avoid possible damage to the pieces and objects that already integrate such environment, as our team is not authorized to move objects, drag furniture or move or relocate parts that are not supplied by us.

 

4 - If there is a need to lift the parts, the responsibility for hiring the lifting team must be carried out by the client/contractor and/or by the person responsible for the project;

5 - In case of lifting, Stdio LC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the lifting or during the logistical stage of arrival of the chosen parts in the defined environment.

 

Exchange and Returns

The procedures below were based on the Consumer Defense Code and demonstrate that the relationship between our customers must be based on trust.

The products sold by Stdio LC have90 days warrantyin case of natural manufacturing faults. We are at your disposal for guidance on the use of your guarantee, through the Customer Service.

Occurrences involving exchanges or returns must be communicated to our Call Center via our email stdiolucascarames@gmail.com or by our telephone numbers, present on the website and in this document.

Refuse the goods if any of the following situations occur:

  • Opened or damaged packaging;

  • Defective product;

  • Product not in accordance with the order; and/or Missing accessories.

For Returns due to Regret or Withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected:

  • The deadline for withdrawing the purchase of the product is up to 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the Invoice and all accessories.

  • Stdio LC will arrange for the collection of the goods at the place where it was delivered.

If all conditions are met and it is your choice, Stdio LC will refund the full amount of your order.

For Returns due to Dissatisfaction

For return or exchange due to dissatisfaction, Stdio LC reserves the right to charge freight costs as well as other expenses associated with its return.
 

For the Return of Defective Products, the following conditions must be respected:

  • In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request the replacement of the product within the 90 (ninety) day warranty period offered by Acervo.

  • Products must preferably be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories (if the product has any).

  • Products will be reviewed by Stdio LC and the factory. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. The costs of reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

The Refund of Values, if the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will be according to the payment options below:

1 - Credit cards: you will be asked to cancel the debit to your card company and the reversal will occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices.

2 - Payments by bank slip; pix or transfer will be returned respecting the deadlines set by banking institutions.

3 - Payment in cash will be returned in cash or as agreed between the parties.

 

Security and Privacy

Stdio LC guarantees the security and privacy of the identity of customers, partners and professionals who make purchases or any transaction in its physical store, virtual platform, social networks or through its means of communication. The data registered on the platform such as name, address, email and telephone are protected by systems and kept confidential on our servers. No payment or insertion of bank details will be requested via the platform (www.stdiolc.com).

The platform /site/ online catalog   adopts the legally required levels in terms of data protection security, having installed all the means and technical measures at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration , unauthorized access or undue subtraction of the personal data collected. However, the user must be aware that the security measures relating to the Internet are not completely infallible.

Stdio LC reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to changes in legislation or jurisprudence, or those relating to commercial practices. In any case, Stdio LC will announce on the website through this page the changes introduced with a reasonable amount of time before they are put into practice.

Stdio LC is concerned with the privacy of its customers' information. Therefore, it undertakes to:

  • Promptly correct any changes relating to users' personal information whenever informed;

  • Under no circumstances disclose the personal information of users registered on the site or sell them;

Stdio Lucas Caramés is under no obligation to repair, exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse. Always check the product when you receive it.
